All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of service. Acceptable IDs include driver’s licenses, state IDs, passports, or military IDs. Expired or photocopied IDs cannot be accepted.

✔ Scheduling & Availability

• We offer same-day, after-hours, and holiday appointments for your convenience.

• Appointments are confirmed only once details are verified.

• Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible.

✔ Travel & Mobile Fees

• A mobile convenience fee applies to all appointments outside our primary service area.

• Travel fees are quoted upfront and are due at the time of service.

✔ Payment Policy

• Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

• Receipts are provided electronically or in print.

✔ Document Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that documents are complete before the appointment (no blank spaces or missing pages).
